Great for Toning

A few friends and I hired the Vibro plate from Tone N Ten to get tonned up for the summer. The results where amazing, we noticed it in a few weeks. We intial hired for 8 weeks but renewed for another 10 weeks. Not sure how many inches I lost but my legs and stomach are really toned, this is the area I was looking to work on so really pleased and a great reduction in cellulite. I felt motivated to do other exercise when using the vibro plate so we started to walk a few nights to.

I would definitely hire again.
