I had previously used vibro plates in a video shop but didn't get the same results as I did from Tone N Ten. We were shown how to do all the position the right way so we got the best effect from them. The right position is definitely the most important aspect of using them. In weeks I started to notice a big difference. I hired the vibro plate for 16 weeks in total. Lost 1 and a half stone and 1 dress size, not sure how many inches as I didn't measure before hand but my clothes say it all.

Over all I feel fitter, more energy and motivated to do normal day things.
