8 Weeks = 2 Stone & 2 Dress Sizes

I amazed at the Vibro plates Tone N Ten have. I hired a machine for 8 weeks. When it was delivered Chris asked me what areas I wanted to work on and he done a workout programme for me and give me diet advice. Well in 8 weeks I lost 2 stone and dropped 2 dress size. Big reduction in cellulite and over all fell more fitter. When I seen the weight coming off it give me more energy to go out and start walking, approx half an hour a day.
