Opening Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 8:00pm (last appointment 7.30pm)
Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm (last appointment 3.30pm)
Sunday: (Seasonal - Call) 1:00pm - 5:00pm (last appointment 4.30pm)

Gym clothes and trainers are not necessary. All you need is loose clothing to allow freedom of movement. We just ask that you bring some clean socks for hygiene purposes!

Please arrive 5 minutes before your session.

Terms and Conditions

No refunds/transfers can be given. Courses cannot be shared or split.

Our cancellation policy: Please be considerate with your notice of cancellation as we have a waiting list during the busy times. No shows will automatically be charged for sessions/class.
